Premier Workspaces Partners with Douglas Emmett to Reopen former Regus Office Space Location

LOS ANGELES - Rezul -- Douglas Emmett selected Premier Workspaces to reopen, reposition and manage their 28,000 square foot coworking space left behind by Regus (an IWG company) in their Executive Tower in West Los Angeles when their lease expired. "Currently, we lease office space from Douglas Emmett and operate successful coworking locations in Santa Monica, Sherman Oaks, Woodland Hills and Honolulu, HI." said Michael Pollack, Vice President, Director of Real Estate at Premier.  "We are excited about our first partnership with Douglas Emmett at 11400 West Olympic Blvd in West LA."

On the 2^nd floor, Premier will offer a professional atmosphere with furnished and unfurnished private office options, flexible terms, support staff, meeting room rentals by the hour and customizable virtual office plans. The full floor workspace will have 93 private offices, 2 conference rooms with seating from 2 to 10 people, an on-demand day office, and staffed reception area.  Members have 24/7 key-card access to their private offices as well as privileges at more than 90 other Premier business centers throughout the country.
