The First Seating begins at 7:00 PM, with staggered reservation times available throughout the early evening. Priced at $100 per person, this seating features a multi-course prix fixe menu showcasing Playa Steakhouse favorites, including Classic Caesar Salad or Wicked Shrimp to start, followed by Herb Roasted Chicken or Miso Glazed Atlantic Salmon, paired with signature sides and dessert.

The Prime Seating begins at 9:30 PM, with additional reservation times offered leading into midnight. Priced at $150 per person, this premium seating includes elevated entrée selections such as 8oz Filet Mignon, Australian Lamb Chops, or Blackened Rubbed Branzino, along with curated sides, dessert, and a champagne toast at midnight.
