Performance Systems Development awarded the FOCUS ON ENERGY® New Homes Offering within the New Construction Solution across the state of Wisconsin

MADISON, Wis. - Rezul -- Performance Systems Development (PSD) was recently awarded a three-year contract with Focus on Energy, Wisconsin. The statewide utilities program for energy efficiency and renewable energy helps eligible residents and businesses save energy and money while protecting the environment. Focus on Energy information, resources and financial incentives help implement energy efficiency and renewable energy projects that otherwise would not be completed.

"PSD is eager to partner with Focus on Energy program administrators, as Wisconsin's New Homes Offering energy efficiency program manager," said Scott von Kleeck, PSD's CEO. "We look forward to expanding the presence of the New Homes Offering and improving energy savings for residents of Wisconsin." PSD's building science expertise and program management leadership will help further the adoption of energy-efficient building techniques and provide training opportunities to builders and building performance consultants in Wisconsin.

This contract is PSD's first award in Wisconsin and will operate through December 2022. The New Homes Offering serves both residential builders and homebuyers in participating Wisconsin utility service territories by incentivizing above-code new construction projects. Last year, the New Homes Offering successfully provided rebate incentives on nearly 2,500 homes from over 300 builders throughout Wisconsin.
