Pallett Valo Grows Its Commercial Real Estate Practice

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario - Rezul -- Pallett Valo LLP, one of the largest law firms in Peel Region, welcomes Tejpaul Grewal to the firm's Commercial Real Estate practice.

Tejpaul obtained B.A., LL.B, and LL.M. degrees from York University, University of Leicester, and University of Ottawa, respectively. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016.

Over the past nine years, Tejpaul has gained extensive experience in all aspects of commercial leasing. He assists landlords and tenants with the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of leases for industrial premises, offices, mixed-use premises, and retail spaces.

In addition, Tejpaul advises buyers and sellers on acquisitions and dispositions of real property, secured lending, financing transactions, and commercial leasing.
