NAPLES, Fla. - Rezul -- Old Vines at Mercato is raising a glass to summer with a new series of intimate Spirits Dinners, bringing some of the world's most celebrated whiskey, bourbon, mezcal and tequila brands to the table alongside an expertly curated menu. Hosted in partnership with The Supper Club, the immersive dinners are designed for spirits enthusiasts and curious foodies alike, offering an evening of guided tastings, elevated cuisine and expert insight.
Each Spirits Dinner is priced at $125 per person and runs from 6 to 8 p.m. The series features a rotating lineup of premium spirits brands across five evenings:
Guests can expect each dinner to include a multi-course menu thoughtfully designed to complement the featured spirit, along with guided tasting notes from brand representatives and the Old Vines culinary team.

Known for its award-winning wine program, craft cocktail menu and hospitality-driven atmosphere, Old Vines at Mercato continues to deepen its commitment to immersive beverage experiences. The Spirits Dinner series builds on the success of the restaurant's Wine Locker program and ongoing chef-driven collaborations through The Supper Club.

- July 15 – Ilegal Mezcal: An evening celebrating handcrafted artisanal mezcal from Oaxaca, Mexico, prized for its rich, smoky character.
- July 29 – Elijah Craig Bourbon: A tribute to one of Kentucky's most storied bourbon brands, credited with pioneering charred oak barrel aging.
- Aug. 12 – Tequila Ocho: Discover a single-estate, single-vintage tequila rooted in the traditions of Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico.
