First Residents Move Into Arlington's New Wellness-Certified Rental Community

ARLINGTON, Texas - Rezul -- LyvWell at Harmony in Arlington recently welcomed its first residents as the community opened its initial 16 homes – with new units to follow in the coming months –marking the launch of the 213‑home, build‑to‑rent neighborhood designed to deliver single-family comfort, privacy and wellness‑oriented living in one of the North Texas' fastest‑growing residential areas.

Construction on the neighborhood started in 2024 and is expected to be complete by early next year with another 27 units opening in April.
