New Family of Reversible Fixings Supports Flooring Circularity
Rezul News/10705701
Circular Building Solutions Ltd launches expanded range to meet growing demand for sustainable, flooring installations designed for disassembly.
BASINGSTOKE, U.K. - Rezul -- In response to increasing demand for sustainable construction practices, modular commercial interior specialists Circular Building Solutions have launched an expanded range of reversible fixing products designed for a wider range of adhesive-free flooring installations.
Adhesive-free installation enables floor coverings to be securely fixed throughout the life of a project, yet cleanly and easily uplifted for reuse or recycling - helping drive material circularity, reduce waste and protect valuable building assets.
From facilitating material reuse and manufacturers' take-back schemes, to protecting valuable sub-floor building assets, to reducing waste, embodied carbon and costs, its benefits mean that usage is quickly gaining momentum. But as the breadth of projects increases, ensuring the right solution for the job is ever more critical.

Ian Spreadborough, founder of Circular Building Solutions, explains: "From protecting high value sub-floors, to working with newer, low energy backing materials, we know that one size does not always fit all when it comes to flooring installation.
That's why we've expanded our range - giving the flexibility to deliver clean, secure and reversible flooring installations, whatever the project."
A Family of Reversible Fixing Solutions
Developed with input from leading flooring manufacturers, the new products build on the success of IOBAC MagTabs® and Tab-It®, which are widely used and/or approved for the installation of carpet tiles, +4mm Luxury Vinyl Tiles and woven vinyl tiles by brands including Shaw Contract EMEA, Forbo, Tarkett, Burmatex, Bolon, Ege Carpets, Amtico and Milliken.
MagTabs® are for installations onto raised metal access floors, whereas Tab-It® can be used on a wide range of common sub-floors.
Joining the family are six new products:
