4Closure Rescue Expands Foreclosure Support Services to Underserved Communities Across the U.S
Rezul News/10709570
SCHAUMBURG, Ill. - Rezul -- As foreclosures steadily climb in economically vulnerable areas, 4Closure Rescue, a homeowner advocacy organization founded by real estate professional David Litt, is expanding its free foreclosure prevention resources to better reach underserved communities nationwide.
The initiative, launched this summer, focuses on connecting homeowners in high-risk zip codes—particularly those in low-income, minority, and rural neighborhoods—with education, free assistance, and local support networks. This expansion comes in response to mounting data showing that homeowners in these communities often face disproportionate risk and fewer accessible resources.
"Many of the homeowners who are most at risk of foreclosure are also the least likely to know where to turn," said Litt. "We're working to close that information gap and deliver help where it's most urgently needed."
Addressing a Critical Gap in Housing Support
While foreclosure activity has ticked up nationally, 4Closure Rescue's team observed a concerning pattern: homeowners in lower-income areas were entering foreclosure at faster rates, often without having received early intervention.

To combat this, 4Closure Rescue is distributing tailored guides, offering free consultations, and building partnerships with local nonprofits and community leaders to ensure accurate information reaches residents before they're served with legal notices.
"We know that timing is everything in foreclosure prevention," Litt said. "By expanding our reach and localizing our materials, we're helping more people take action before it's too late."
