PLANO, Texas - Rezul -- We continue to grow our value-add portfolio with the acquisition of Townshire Shopping Center, a 135,703 SF neighborhood center located in the Bryan/College Station metropolitan area, home of Texas A&M University.

The property is located on Texas Ave., the main corridor connecting the University to vibrant and fast-growing Downtown Bryan. The property has excellent fundamentals and will benefit from a revived identity provided by a new anchor tenant and capital investments in the property.
