Monogram Partners and Mulpha Win Prestigious Industry Award for Norwest Quarter
Rezul News/10696665
Bold development design and marketing approach delivers unprecedented rewards for the developer, residents, the community, and the planet.
SYDNEY - Rezul -- Destination Design® and strategic marketing consultancy Monogram Partners, in partnership with Mulpha Australia, have been awarded the UDIA National Award for Excellence in Marketing 2025. This national recognition follows their success at the 2024 UDIA NSW Excellence in Marketing Awards, underscoring their groundbreaking approach to development proposition design, branding and marketing for urban developments.
The UDIA Awards for Excellence celebrate innovation, sustainability, and leadership in urban development, highlighting projects that push boundaries and redefine industry standards.
At the heart of this recognition is Norwest Quarter, Australia's most ambitious zero-carbon mixed-use precinct. Stage One features two residential buildings, Banksia and Lacebark, comprising 181 apartments and 3,500 sqm of thoughtfully curated, sustainability-driven retail space.

"Far from typical project marketing, we reimagined the development process - beginning with an in-depth understanding of unmet audience needs, then shaping the product to meet demand," says Amy Nadaskay, Founder and Boss Lady of Monogram Partners. "This approach not only transformed project outcomes but proved that bold developers like Mulpha - those who dare to do things differently - create lasting impact and drive greater rewards at every level."
Giverny Reid, UDIA NSW Awards Judge, praised the project's visionary execution: "This was an incredibly well-executed project that exemplifies what this award stands for - innovation, creativity, deep market research, and a truly unique buyer connection. Monogram has set a new benchmark for developer-agency collaboration."
Mulpha's $1 billion zero-carbon mixed-use development in Sydney's The Hills commenced Stage One construction in August 2022 and is anticipated for completion in Spring 2025.
