During her time as a specialist, Hayley played a crucial role in responding to new project leads and working closely with Mesa's Development Services Department. She also collaborated with economic development partners at the city, regional, and state levels, and was instrumental in advancing the city's retail recruitment initiatives.
In her new role, Hayley will take on more responsibility by leading high-impact projects that support business attraction and expansion.
