Decks can and do present hazards to people who use them; old decks can have rotted wood, rickety railings and rusting fasteners that can fail when the deck is loaded with people. William Leys Waterproofing Consultants LLC checks and inspects over 25 various parts and pieces of a deck during a typical inspection.

The deck inspection fee is valid for homeowners and tenants of single family homes only, and excludes inspections for real estate transactions, inspections under SB 721 and SB 326 for apartments and condo's.
