Mastercard Donates Laptops to Support Cybersecurity Training for the Deaf Community

Rezul News/10711480
WASHINGTON - Rezul -- DEAFCYBERCON is proud to announce a generous donation of 20 laptops from Mastercard Corporation to support its mission of expanding cybersecurity education and workforce development opportunities for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.

The donation will help close the technology gap for program participants, many of whom face limited access to the tools and resources necessary to pursue careers in cybersecurity. The laptops will be used in hands-on training sessions, virtual workshops, and certification prep courses offered through DEAFCYBERCON's growing network of cybersecurity education partnerships and initiatives.

"We are deeply grateful to Mastercard for their leadership in advancing inclusion in tech," said Angela Dingle, President & CEO of DEAFCYBERCON. "This donation will open doors for Deaf professionals to enter and excel in one of the fastest-growing, highest-demand fields in the workforce today."
