Liz Menendez Joins Berkshire Hathaway Commercial Division

TAMPA, Fla. - Rezul -- Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group Commercial Division (BHHS) proudly announces that Liz Menendez, CCIM, has joined the firm.

    Menendez is a South Tampa native with a Certified Commercial Investment Member – CCIM – designation since 2008.  This means she is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.  An elite group of only about 13,000 professionals have earned the CCIM designation across North America and more than 30 countries.  Liz' expertise lies in sales, leasing and managing commercial properties and will be working out of the firm's South Tampa office.
