Leigh Ann Rotz Joins Real Estate Marketing & Consulting

RALEIGH, N.C. - Rezul -- W. Harold "Hal" Perry, Founder, CEO, and Broker-in-Charge of Real Estate Marketing & Consulting, Inc. (REMC) is pleased to announce that Leigh Ann Rotz has joined the company in the position of Executive Vice President of Operations.
"We are extremely pleased and excited to have Leigh Ann on the REMC team," said Perry. "Not only does she bring an abundance of skills and experience to our organization, her leadership ability will help guide us well into the future."
As a North Carolina native, Rotz spent the majority of her childhood in Wilson before attending UNC-Chapel Hill and graduating from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business. After a stint in commercial banking, she transitioned to private wealth management in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration from La Salle University, graduating Maxima Cum Laude and a Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society Inductee. Relocating back to her home state in 2008, Rotz has built her career in the banking and investments industry, most recently in the role of Vice President, Private Banker at First Citizens Wealth Management in Raleigh. At REMC, Rotz oversees and evaluates the implementation of corporate goals and objectives for REMC operations and projects, including residential and commercial development, property management, recreational facilities, and investor relations. Additionally, Rotz serves as a member of the North State Bank Corporate Board of Directors.

Rotz is an avid supporter of Me Fine Foundation, a non-profit organization providing hope through emotional support and financial assistance to families whose children are receiving care at North Carolina partner hospitals. She resides in Raleigh with her husband, Greg Rotz, and two children.
