Lee Wetherington Homes will be building custom homes on the 85-foot homesites, offering its Solstice II, Nautica II, Barquentine, Mainstay II, Spinnaker and Turnberry floorplans. The home builder will also unveil its new Hemingway floorplan in this community, a Key West-inspired home with 4,075 square feet of living space. The home will offer three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a powder room, den, three-car garage, private casita and bonus room that opens to an outdoor living space.

Construction on the Hemingway model home at Westlake at Wellen Park is slated to start this summer and is expected to be completed early next year.
