Holladay Properties negotiates5,400 square feet lease in Portage, IN with International Revolving Doors distributor
PORTAGE, Ind. - Rezul -- International Entrances, Inc. has signed a 62-month lease in The Diversey Building at AmeriPlex at the Port in Portage, IN. International Entrances, Inc is the area's exclusive distributor for International Revolving Doors, which are manufactured in Evansville, IN.
International Entrances, Inc. will occupy Suite 105 of the flex-industrial facility, which is currently nearing the end of construction. The new tenant will bring eight new employees to AmeriPlex when the company occupies its 5,400 square foot space in August 2021.
The Diversey Building is a 52,900 square foot building located at 6340 AmeriPlex Drive in AmeriPlex at the Port. The facility broke ground in August 2020 and is comprised of flexible office, industrial and showroom space.

Holladay Properties provides leasing and property management services for AmeriPlex at the Port and the new Diversey Building, which is owned by an investment group led by the Portage, IN office of Holladay Properties. Michael O'Connor, VP-Leasing & Development for Holladay Properties represented the building ownership group in the lease transaction.
