Income Property Organization shares year end report

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich. - Rezul -- Income Property Organization (https://www.incomepo.com/) (IPO), Michigan's largest privately held multifamily brokerage company, has released its year-end report. In it, they announced many successes in spite of the difficult year.

Between 2019 and 2020, the biggest difference recorded was transactional. While final numbers were not available, the report predicted that through November local sales would total around $150M, compared to $353M in 2019.

Despite these numbers, IPO was able to break many of its records in 2020. With 33  sales in Metro Detroit, IPO brokered more than double the amount of transactions as the next  brokerage and more than the next 3 combined. In addition IPO brokered the sale of 83 multifamily communities across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. Included in this volume were 7 large portfolios. This represents over $255M in sales volume.
