IDAHO FALLS ~ Idaho Falls is gearing up for the highly anticipated 2026 State of the City Address, featuring newly elected Mayor Lisa Burtenshaw. The event, hosted by the Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS® (GIFAR), will take place on Wednesday, January 21 at the Holiday Inn & Suites.

The doors will open at 11:00 a.m. and lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. During her address, Mayor Burtenshaw will share her vision and priorities for the city's future. The luncheon will also serve as a fundraiser for the Mayor's Scholarship Fund, with meal tickets available for purchase at $50 each.
