With over 15 years of experience in lower middle market private equity, Davis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. He has a proven track record of successful investments across various sectors such as business services, industrials, consumer goods, and technology, making him a valuable asset to H.I.G.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Davis served as a Partner and Co-Head of TZP Group's Small-Cap strategy and held investment roles at Brown Brothers Harriman Capital Partners. He also has experience in management consulting, where he primarily advised private equity-backed companies.
