Brown brings more than 25 years of experience in residential and mixed-use community development, construction management and engineering and strategic investment management to GreenPointe Developers, the master-plan community and urban development division of GreenPointe Holdings. He will be instrumental in leading development projects from concept to completion throughout North Florida.

Brown is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he earned a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. He is a Florida Certified General Contractor and Registered Professional Engineer.
