GreenPointe Announces Gregg Kern Promotion

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Rezul -- GreenPointe Developers, LLC proudly announces the promotion of Gregg Kern to Vice President of Development.

Kern is responsible for providing development leadership and managing all field and business operations for communities in the company's Northeast Florida division.

In his role, Kern coordinates and implements strategic initiatives and ongoing processes related to community development from the early planning stages through completion. His development management responsibilities include quality control, compliance, schedule management and cost control.

Kern joined the company in 2013 and most recently served as Northeast Florida Construction Manager. Prior to joining GreenPointe, Kern's extensive professional experience spans both residential and commercial construction and real estate development.

A Certified Building Contractor licensed in Florida, Kern earned his Master's degree in Business Administration focused in Finance, a bachelor's degree in Building Construction Management and an associate's degree in Business from the University of North Florida.
