Gravis Law Grows Regional Presence as Coke Roth Law Joins the Firm
Rezul News/10716835
RICHLAND, Wash. - Rezul -- Gravis Law is proud to announce the addition of Coke Roth Law, a respected Tri-Cities firm with decades of service in estate planning, business, and real estate law. Attorney Albert "Coke" Roth and his staff will join Gravis, strengthening the firm's presence and capabilities in the region.
Roth is widely regarded as one of the foremost voices in estate planning in the Tri-Cities. Known for his integrity, mentorship, and civic leadership, he has served families and businesses for more than three decades. Before law, Roth led his family's beverage distributorship and later earned his law degree from the University of Puget Sound School of Law (now Seattle University School of Law) in his 40s. Admitted to practice in Washington in 1993 and Oregon soon after, his practice covers estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney), probate and estate administration, business organization and governance, and real estate transactions involving agricultural, residential, and commercial properties.
Roth has been a fixture of community service, offering pro bono support to nonprofits and even making house calls for seniors and individuals with disabilities. His contributions have earned recognition at every level: the Governor's Award for Volunteerism, Kennewick Man of the Year, Tri-Citian of the Year, and honors from organizations including the Mid-Columbia Leadership Development Association, the Academy of Children's Theater, Junior Achievement, and Grace Kitchen. He has also been voted the Tri-City Herald People's Choice Best Lawyer and Best Estate Planning Attorney every year since the program began in 2014.

As part of Gravis Law, Roth and his staff will continue to serve clients with the same continuity and care, while also expanding mentorship opportunities for younger attorneys. Roth emphasized that his staff have been central to his success, noting their support and commitment have enabled him to focus on clients and grow a strong, lasting practice.
Brett Spooner, Founder and CEO of Gravis Law, emphasized that Roth's decision to join the firm is great for the community. "Coke Roth's reputation, character, and decades of service are a tremendous benefit for our firm and the Tri-Cities community. This partnership deepens our regional commitment, ensures continuity for his clients, and brings invaluable mentorship for the next generation of attorneys."
Chief Growth Officer Randi Johnson noted that the integration speaks to Gravis Law's vision for sustainable growth. "Growth for Gravis has never been about size alone. It's about deepening relationships and elevating service. By welcoming Coke Roth Law, we gain not only depth of practice but also local roots and capacity to serve clients more fully across estate, business, and real estate matters."
Marty Kilmer, Chief Operating Officer and Managing Attorney of the Tri-Cities office said Roth's presence will have a transformative impact. "Coke brings with him an extraordinary reservoir of institutional knowledge and client trust. His mentorship will sharpen our internal processes, enrich client service, and strengthen our presence in the Tri-Cities."
