The buyer was Clearworth Capital who owns 7,000+ units and has over 20 years in the industry. Hillside Joint Venture, the seller, is a California-based company that has been a proud owner of Lakeside at Campeche for 25 years and was represented by Chip Nash, Bob Heard and Jaleel Adatia.
