Fun and Easy Health Introduces Acupuncture Meridian Wellness Education in Murrieta

MURRIETA, Calif. - Rezul -- MURRIETA, Calif. — Fun and Easy Health has introduced a new educational resource designed to help people better understand the traditional acupuncture meridian system and how concepts such as qi, acupressure, emotions, sleep, stress and whole-person wellness may connect.

Created by Fun and Easy Health founder Brittany Poliska, the new resource takes a complicated subject and makes it easier for families and adults to explore.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, qi — pronounced "chee" — describes the traditional concept of vital energy, while meridians describe pathways through which qi is believed to flow. Modern science does not recognize meridians as established anatomical structures, but acupuncture and related techniques continue to be studied for their potential roles in areas including pain and sleep.

At Fun and Easy Health, Poliska takes a non-needle, individualized wellness approach. Sessions may incorporate muscle-response observations through holistic and applied kinesiology, acupressure or acupuncture-point techniques, EFT tapping, magnetic wellness tools and other approaches depending on the individual's wellness goals.

Rather than assuming that every person needs the same technique, Poliska uses muscle-response observations to explore which areas or meridian patterns may deserve attention during a wellness session. Muscle testing is used as a complementary wellness tool and is not intended to diagnose disease or replace medical testing.

The new educational page also explores the relationship between meridian concepts and everyday areas of the Fun and Easy Health Wellness Wheel, including sleep, emotions, nutrition, digestion, hydration, movement, structure and life force.

Visitors can also watch an EFT tapping demonstration and explore related educational resources on emotional wellness and magnetic polarity.

"Our goal is to make wellness easier to understand," Poliska said. "People hear words like qi, meridians, polarity and tapping but may not understand how these ideas fit together. I want people to learn their body, ask better questions and stop feeling like they have to guess their way through wellness."

The first wellness visit is designed for approximately one hour, allowing time to discuss concerns, explore relevant wellness patterns and determine potential next steps.
