The average vacancy rate increased 60 basis points over the quarter from 21.1% to 21.7%. The average quoted gross rental rate increased over the quarter from $29.95 to $30.17 per SF, and leasing activity increased over the quarter from 29,913 SF in Q1 2022 to 73,006 SF in Q2 2022. There are currently no buildings under construction in the submarket.
