Fort Bend & City Officials Proclaim "SWIF Day" at Historic Inauguration

HOUSTON - Rezul -- On Sunday, February 15, 2026, faith and civic leadership converged at New Covenant Christian Church in Houston as Shepherd's Watch International Fellowship (SWIF) formally inaugurated its Ecumenical Council of Bishops during a sacred Service of Installation.
