EdFed Launches Homebuyer Concierge Program to Simplify Homebuying
Rezul News/10730709
New program offers dedicated support and exclusive money-saving benefits to simplify the homebuying process and help buyers stay within budget in today's competitive housing market.
MIAMI - Rezul -- Educational Federal Credit Union (EdFed) has announced the launch of its Homebuyer Concierge Program, a new initiative designed to simplify the homebuying process and make homeownership more affordable for buyers in Florida. This new program offers homebuyers exclusive pricing, dedicated support from an expert realtor, and cashback rewards available only with EdFed.
EdFed's push to address homebuyer affordability is in response to national and local trends impacting the housing market. According to the National Association of Home Builders, 88.2 million households, or 65 percent of the total, cannot afford the median-priced new home at a 6 percent mortgage rate. In Miami-Dade County, market pressures are even greater. The median single-family home price reached $668,000 in 2025, up 3.6 percent from the previous year, according to a report by the Miami Association of Realtors.

"At EdFed, we are always looking for meaningful ways to help our members save and earn more," said Michael Aubrey, Senior Vice President of Lending at EdFed. "At a time when many buyers are struggling with affordability concerns, the Homebuyer Concierge Program can help them to save thousands when they buy and finance their home with EdFed."
To help address this growing concern, EdFed has partnered with a wide network of expert realtors from across Florida to assist homebuyers in finding the home of their dreams at a price they can afford. The real estate agents participating in the Homebuyer Concierge Program will provide a partial rebate of their commission to be paid to the buyer at closing. This provides EdFed members with exclusive financial incentives to help reduce the overall costs at closing.
The Keyes Company, the largest independent brokerage in Florida, is one of the first real estate companies to partner with EdFed in launching the Homebuyer Concierge Program.
