Forbes Capretto Homes Launches Grand Island Community
Rezul News/10480785
New England Estates to feature 13 private home sites located on Grand Island.
GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. - Rezul -- BUFFALO, NY —Grand Island is a Western New York town that has been steadily growing. Now, with a population of nearly 22,000 residents, the Erie County location is about to gain a few more, as Forbes Capretto Homes prepares to launch New England Estates, a cul-de-sac community of 13 single-family homes.
Bordered by Gun Creek, New England Estates (https://forbescapretto.com/community/new-englan...) is in a wooded area off Ransom Road, near the Niagara River. Between Lake Erie and Lake Ontario, the location is conveniently just minutes from marinas, state parks, and Interstate 190. Grand Island High School and Veronica E. Connor Middle School are both within walking distance of New England Estates. Huth Road Elementary School and Kiddo's Korner Preschool are a short drive from the neighborhood.
Local homebuilder Forbes Capretto Homes is developing a portfolio of new home designs that will complement the serene location, including one- and two-story floor plans. Each design presents a variety of options to personalize details, for both the exterior and interior.

"People are looking for specific spaces right now," explains David Capretto, owner and founder of Forbes Capretto Homes, "A dedicated home office, more storage space, bigger kitchens, and areas that can be utilized for fitness, schoolwork, and family activities have become essential to our homebuyers, so we're incorporating these needs into our designs."
Capretto adds that homebuyers are also looking for more unique details and quality features, "less cookie cutter, more epicurean. They're investing in a lifestyle, not a house. Every detail, every decision contributes to their one-of-a-kind creation."
With only 13 homesites available in New England Estates, the opportunities are limited. Capretto says there will be no future phases.
