Certified Florida Residential Property Manager CFRM Designation Earned by 27 Individuals in Fort Myers, FL
FORT MYERS, Fla. - April 4, 2019 - Rezul -- Larson Educational Services, a real estate school in Naples and Fort Myers, announces that the following individuals received the Certified Florida Residential Manager (CFRM) Designation on March 24, 2019:
Leslie Blaisdell, Raul Cedeno, Linda Doherty, Janet Ellis, Vernon Gantt, Robert Guziak, Mary Helm, Christopher Horvath, Ausra Januskeviciute, ANABEL JERENA, Shelley Johnson, Svetlana Krefta, Sheila Laude, David Lawrence, Oshane Lewis, Daisy Lopez, James Miller, Beverly Parys, Remigiusz Parys, Judith Peters, Robert Quinn Jr., Jennifer Robertson, Dorothy Smith, Faith Squires, Carla Stumpo, Olga Trujillo, Cortney Wiley,
The CFRM designation is earned by completing a two-day course covering in detail the practical and legal aspects of leasing and managing single-family and small residential investment properties. Passing of a final exam is also required to earn the CFRM designation. Holders of a Florida real estate license earned 11 hours of continuing education credit toward their biennial license renewal by attending the class.
