First Bancorp Of Indiana, Inc. Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend Payable December 15, 2025

EVANSVILLE, Ind. - Rezul -- The Board of Directors of First Bancorp of Indiana, Inc. (OTCPK:FBPI) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share, payable to stockholders of record as of December 4, 2025. The dividend will be paid on or about December 15, 2025. The rate on this quarterly declaration increased 20% from that of the preceding quarter. While it is the Board's intent to pay a regular quarterly dividend, the payment of any future dividends will be subject to, among other factors, the Company's and the Bank's financial condition, earnings, and capital requirements.
First Bancorp of Indiana, Inc. is the holding company for First Federal Savings Bank, Evansville, Indiana, a state-chartered commercial bank that currently operates nine offices in southwest Indiana and one office in Henderson, Kentucky.
