Everett Chamber Hosts "Con Gusto: Women, Leadership & Culture" Featuring Lombardi's Owner Ker

EVERETT, Wash. - Rezul -- Everett, Wash. — The Greater Everett Chamber of Commerce will host Con Gusto: Women, Leadership & Culture on Tuesday, January 20, from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. at Marcel, located at 2814 Rucker Avenue in Everett.
The event will feature a fireside chat with Kerri Lonergan-Dreke, owner of Lombardi's Italian Restaurants and several hospitality ventures, whose leadership style and community presence have made her one of the region's most influential business owners.
The conversation will explore women in leadership, building and sustaining strong teams, navigating the challenges of the restaurant industry, and the role culture plays in business success. The format will include a guided dialogue with Lonergan-Dreke, followed by an audience Q&A.
"Kerri has shaped a culture within her businesses that reflects both high standards and genuine care for the people she leads," said Wendy Poischbeg, CEO of the Greater Everett Chamber of Commerce. "Her story resonates with many of the young professionals and entrepreneurs in Everett who are working to build something of their own."

Light appetizers will be provided and a no-host bar will be available. Attendees who bring a raffle prize will receive one minute on the microphone to introduce their business, a tradition within the Chamber's Professional Women's Network that highlights women supporting women.
