ERA Wilder Midtown Welcomes Veteran Agent Patrick Hawkins
Rezul News/10436838
COLUMBIA, S.C. - Rezul -- ERA Wilder Realty is proud to announce the addition of Patrick Hawkins to ERA Wilder Midtown's team of real estate professionals on Wednesday. Having lived and worked in Columbia for over a decade, Hawkins is very knowledgeable of the local real estate market.
Real estate runs in Hawkins' blood, as he states, "I am a third generation real estate salesman - my grandfather sold properties in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina during the 1970s-80s and my uncle is currently a top producer in Raleigh, North Carolina. Prior to my time at ERA Wilder, I was an agent with Coldwell Banker.
Hawkins' philosophy regarding the industry is heavily influenced by his background in education. "I understand the value of education and hard work. A graduate of The Johns Hopkins University, East Carolina University, and Arizona State University, I spent the first seventeen years of my career as a teacher. Those formative years spent working in the classroom directly prepared me for assisting clients who deserve an agent who is both caring and knowledgeable".

Hawkins is eager to combine his personal success and ERA Wilder's extensive sphere of influence, saying, "This past year I had much success helping new buyers find their dream homes as well as helping for-sale-by-owners get top dollar for their properties. I understand the buying and selling process. Working for ERA Wilder, I am here to help you with whatever real estate need you may have".
