Frank Lozito, founder of Celebration Brewing Company, has transformed a lifelong passion for craft beer into a thriving neighborhood institution, one pint at a time.

The vision for Celebration Brewing was years in the making, born out of home brewing in the Main Village of Celebration, FL. As one of the town's early residents, Lozito recognized a gap in the community, a welcoming, locally-owned gathering place where neighbors, families, and visitors could come together over exceptional craft beer and food. Armed with an engineer's precision and an entrepreneur's vision, he opened Celebration Brewing Company in May 2024. This month, the brewery proudly celebrates its 2-year anniversary.

"The vision always started with community," said Lozito. "Beer is the vehicle, but the destination is connection. Celebration deserved a place where people could put down their phones, pull up a stool, and actually talk to each other."

A Legacy in the Making

Since opening its doors in May 2024, Celebration Brewing Company has grown from a dream brewed in a backyard to one of Osceola County's most recognized independent craft breweries and this May marks a proud two-year anniversary milestone. The taproom and brewpub operate Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM, and Friday through Saturday from 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Takeout orders are available directly and through Uber Eats and DoorDash.

For Frank Lozito, the brewery represents the culmination of two careers one defined by engineering excellence, the other by a love of craft beer, community, and celebration. He shows no signs of slowing down.
