NAPLES, Fla. - Rezul -- Ocean Prime Naples welcomes summer with its elegant early dining menu designed to delight the most discerning guests. Chef Vladimir Trivunovic's impressive three-course experience is available daily from 4 until 5:30 p.m. for $68 per person plus tax and gratuity.
Summer early dining menu options include:
o Cup of lobster bisque – sweet corn fritter
o Ocean Prime house salad – romaine, field greens, Granny Smith apples, goat cheese, walnuts, Sherry mustard vinaigrette
o Caesar salad – crisp romaine, Parmesan garlic dressing, brioche croutons
o Scallops – Parmesan risotto, English peas, citrus vinaigrette
o Chilean sea bass – broccolini, pearl onion, potato purée, truffle vinaigrette
o 8 oz. filet mignon – potato purée, haricots verts, cabernet Jus

o Hand-spun sorbet or ice cream – chef's seasonal selection
"Our early dining menu invites guests to experience Ocean Prime experience in a more approachable and accessible way, while still delivering the quality and service we're known for," said General Manager Omar Bringas.
Updated hours of operation are now in effect at Ocean Prime. The restaurant will now be open from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 4 to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The extended weekend hours bring even more opportunity to socialize and enjoy vibrant evenings in the heart of Naples, where guests can savor handcrafted cocktails, elevated cuisine and a genuine yet sophisticated atmosphere that defines the Ocean Prime experience.
