Dr. Dawn Marie Daras Issues Right of Reply to KSL Reporting

SALT LAKE CITY - Rezul -- Dr. Dawn Marie Daras, Behavioral Data Scientist and founder of Marie Daras LLC, has issued a formal Right of Reply to a KSL article containing multiple false statements about her. The article, indexed for over five years, falsely alleges threats against law enforcement and misrepresents Dr. Daras' professional and personal history.

In March 2020, Dr. Daras was assaulted by Mike Rossi | Michael Louis Rossi, a former West Jordan Police Officer, former Utah Chapter President of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and former Vice President of Fraud at Mountain America Credit Union. Following this assault, she faced retaliatory legal action intended to harm her reputation.

Dr. Daras, a participant in the Safe at Home program, had an active stalking injunction, and continues to experience physical, economic, and reputational harm as a result of the ongoing indexing of false claims. These actions are a violation of her civil rights and pose serious risk to her safety.

Her Right of Reply corrects misrepresentations and provides full context with supporting documentation, including court filings, FOIA communications, and official investigative reports. Dr. Daras has always acted within the law and committed no crimes.
