DCA Outdoor sponsors first qualified opportunity property in Opportunity Zone

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Rezul -- DCA Outdoor, parent company of 10 green industry companies, will sponsor its first qualified opportunity property in an Opportunity Zone.  Investments in The Tree Ranch, LLC will be used to purchase and grow trees and the company will be operated by the same management team that operates the already successful Schwope Brothers Tree Farms.  The Tree Ranch is located in Sugar Creek, Missouri and is located in a qualified Opportunity Zone outside of Kansas City, Missouri and includes more than 1,000 acres of tree production.

The Tree Ranch is an extension of the already successful and profitable Schwope Brothers Tree Farms which was established in 1976.  Schwope currently encompasses over 35 farms spanning more than 2,400 acres and is the largest ball and burlap tree producer in the United States.  It leads the tree production industry in sustainable agriculture practices.

DCA Outdoor has structured this investment so that 100% of the land, equipment, and trees to be used will be located in a designate Opportunity Zone and has engaged the Polsinelli law firm to advise on Opportunity Zone compliance matters.

DCA Outdoor will be raising capital under a Regulation D 506(c) offering for the development of The Tree Farm, LLC's fertile fields and to purchase and grow trees that will be sold to landscapers when they are mature, beginning three years from now.
