Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been selected by Ashley Capital to provide exclusive leasing services for their new Class A distribution facility known as I-895 Logistics Center located at 7001 S. Laburnum Avenue in Henrico County, Virginia.

I-895 Logistics Center, strategically located near Richmond International Airport, will encompass 583,100 total square feet of tilt-up concrete panels. Notable features of the property include 36' clear ceiling height, LED lights, ESFR sprinkler system, 100 dock high doors, six drive-in ramps, and 178 spaces for trailer storage. The location of I-895 Logistics Center offers incredible access to I-895, I-295, I-64, I-95, as well as the Port of Virginia and Richmond Marine Terminal. Delivery is scheduled for 2023.
