Crawford & Company Declares Quarterly Dividends

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On May 13, 2022, at its regular quarterly meeting, the Board of Directors of Crawford & Company® declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share on the Class A Common Stock and $0.06 per share on the Class B Common Stock, payable on June 10, 2022, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 27, 2022.
