Citizen leaders from across West Virginia step forward to defend constitutional government, protect individual liberty, promote fiscal responsibility, and restore accountability in the November 3, 2026, General Election.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Rezul -- The Constitution Party of West Virginia is proud to announce its slate of candidates who will appear on the ballot for the November 3, 2026, General Election.

Representing communities across the Mountain State, these candidates are stepping forward as citizen leaders committed to constitutional government, individual liberty, fiscal responsibility, and restoring accountability between elected officials and the people they serve.

"The Constitution Party of West Virginia is honored to present candidates willing to answer the call to public service," said party leadership. "They are not career politicians, but neighbors, business owners, educators, veterans, community members, and advocates who believe government must remain accountable to the people."

Leading the statewide ticket is S. Marshall Wilson, candidate for the United States Senate. Wilson is committed to bringing a constitutional voice to Washington and representing West Virginians who support limited government and individual freedom.

For the United States House of Representatives, District 1, the Constitution Party presents Belinda Fox-Spencer. Fox-Spencer joins the ticket with a commitment to serving First District citizens with integrity and principled leadership.

The Constitution Party's West Virginia State Senate candidates include:
Ronnie Green — State Senate District 3
Glendon Watts — State Senate District 5

The Constitution Party's House of Delegates candidates include:
Stacey Hensley — House District 50
Nate Stansberry — House District 64
Melissa Ann DeSerio — House District 80
Walter Long, Sr. — House District 89
Tara McCoy — House District 93
Daniel Walls — House District 95
Becky Jane Dunmire — House District 96

The House of Delegates slate represents a diverse group of West Virginians dedicated to serving others and strengthening their communities. Melissa Ann DeSerio brings nonprofit leadership and community advocacy experience. Walter Long, Sr. offers experience in public service, legislative involvement, and the legislative process. Tara McCoy brings extensive life experience, strong family values, and a commitment to the community she has called home since relocating to West Virginia. Each candidate offers a distinct perspective while sharing a commitment to constitutional principles.

Completing the 2026 slate is Tricia Jackson, candidate for Jefferson County Commission, Harpers Ferry District. Jackson is a lifelong Jefferson County resident with experience in business administration, human resources, payroll management, education, and community service. As a small business owner and adjunct professor, she has built her career on leadership, accountability, and helping others succeed.

"West Virginians deserve representatives who remember that public office is a responsibility entrusted to them by the people," said party leadership. "We are proud of these candidates for stepping forward and offering voters a constitutional choice in 2026."
