Concierge Auctions Announces Sale of Nearly $118M Global Properties—All Closing at Live Auction in New York City

NEW YORK - Rezul -- Concierge Auctions has released its lineup of nearly $118 million of luxury properties spanning six countries and four U.S. states. The majority will be offered Without Reserve to the highest bidders, and all are set to close at a live auction event in New York. Bidding will open digitally via Concierge Auctions' online marketplace, ConciergeAuctions.com, and culminate in New York City to allow international buyers to participate alongside attendees at the live auction.

The sale in New York City is Concierge Auctions' final live auction of 2019 and comes on the heels of its largest sale ever of the most valued global properties at two live auction events in Hong Kong; the first of which shattered sales estimates, achieved an 83% sale-through rate, and broke a record sale price in Vero Beach, Florida.

Never before listed for sale and located within one of Phuket's most luxurious beach resorts, Villa Sawan will auction without reserve in cooperation with Lyndon Phillips of Prime Real Estate Phuket.
