Columbia Police respond to fatal crash on Forum Boulevard

(COLUMBIA, MO) ~ Columbia Police responded to a tragic two-vehicle collision on August 22nd at approximately 2:25 p.m. in the 2900 block of Forum Boulevard. According to authorities, the crash was a head-on collision.

The driver of one of the vehicles, identified as a 46-year-old man from Columbia, was pronounced dead at the scene. The next of kin has been notified. The other driver sustained serious injuries and was transported by ambulance to a local hospital. Fortunately, there were no passengers in either vehicle.
