Colliers represents Tomball Economic Development Corporation in purchase of 16.25-acre tract

TOMBALL, Texas - Rezul -- Colliers is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of 16.25 acres of land located on South Chestnut Street in Tomball, Texas. The seller, Chestnut Associates, LP, was represented by Natalie Hurley of Register Real Estate Advisors. Tom Condon Jr. of Colliers represented the buyer, Tomball Economic Development Corporation (TEDC), in the transaction. Closing was coordinated by Jane Mathews of Stewart Title – Tomball.

The strategically located parcel sits in the heart of the growing Tomball community. This purchase supports the TEDC's mission to promote economic growth and attract business investment to the area.
