Coast Title Insurance Agency adds Licia Bleidner to their team

PALM COAST, Fla. - Rezul -- Owner of Coast Title Insurance Agency, Inc. Sandra McDermott is pleased to announce that Licia Bleidner has joined the company's team as a Closing Agent.

"Licia has been in the mortgage industry for 30 years - as a loan processor for the first 10 years, then as a loan officer for her next 20 years," said Sandra. "Licia brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience, and you can tell she has a passion to help others," added Sandra.

Licia was born and raised on Long Island in New York, and by way of southern California to Wyoming, moved to Florida in 2019. Her duties as a Closing Agent at Coast Title include acting as the escrow officer for the closing, performing residential closings, and managing all the paperwork between buyers, sellers and real estate agents. "It's a lot of work but it's a lot of fun," said Licia. "It's been great meeting so many people in town and I really enjoy working with everyone here at Coast Title," she added.
