PLANO, Texas - Rezul -- NetCo Investments, Inc., a Plano, Texas-based real estate investment and development company announces Club 4 Fitness' lease execution at its Caprock Shopping Center in Lubbock, Texas. The approximately 49,286 square foot gym is projected to open in 4th quarter 2024. Club 4 Fitness is headquartered in Mississippi and has 39 locations in the Southeast and Texas.
The 255,000 square foot Caprock Shopping Center is situated at 50th Street and Boston Ave, just two miles from Texas Tech University. The property is home to Ross Dress for Less, Rainbow Apparel, Dollar Tree, Rent A Center and is shadow anchored by The Home Depot.
