SPOKANE, Wash. ~ Spokane City Council Member Michael Cathcart has been unanimously chosen as the incoming Chair of the Spokane Regional Health District (SRHD) Board of Health. The decision was made by the board on Tuesday, with Cathcart's one-year term set to begin on January 1, 2026.
