City Council invites community engagement: Volunteer for Colorado Springs Civil Service Commission

~ The Colorado Springs City Council is seeking passionate individuals to join various Boards, Commissions, and Committees in order to shape the future of the city. These volunteer positions are crucial to the growth and development of the vibrant community.

One such opportunity is for a voting member on the Civil Service Commission, which oversees the rules for classification and employment of civil service employees in the police and fire departments. This position requires approval from the City Council and meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every other month at 8:30 a.m.
