Bill Bowers adds deep technical expertise in federal operations, strategy, and mission execution. Throughout his career, Bowers has held both private and public sector senior leadership roles supporting major government Mission initiatives including Chief of the Architectural and Engineering Branch of the Central Intelligence Agency's Directorate of Intelligence where he was instrumental in driving organizational transformation, operational excellence, and the application of emerging technology to the intelligence analysis process.
