Carmen Sinata's Raw Demo 'More,' Defying AI-Era Perfection with Real Emotion
Rezul News/10718876
Carmen Sinata leaks her raw demo "More," an underwater, electronic track revealing her unfiltered process.
LOS ANGELES - Rezul -- Independent artist Carmen Sinata has leaked the raw demo of her song "More," revealing a vulnerable, underwater-sounding electronic track that captures both artistic freedom and emotional honesty. Known for her cinematic pop and poetic lyricism, Sinata released the demo directly to SoundCloud, inviting listeners into her creative process before her official debut single "24" arrives on November 14.
"I know how to master and mix — I've got the setup, and my boyfriend's an audio engineer — but this one just felt too personal to touch," Sinata says. "It always felt like something in between an interlude and a real song, but the lyrics hit me hard. I wanted people to hear what actually happened in that moment."
The track, recorded in two freestyled takes at her home, was later edited together at school using AirPods — a process that only added to its raw, spontaneous energy. Some lyrics remain semi-gibberish, a reflection of Sinata's organic writing style, where melody and emotion come first and words emerge later. Yet for "More," she notes, "there was barely any gibberish. I just said what I felt — you can literally hear the pain in my voice in some of those lines."

While Sinata typically avoids heavy autotune, she embraced it here to heighten the track's fragile atmosphere. "I liked how the autotune made it sound even more raw," she explains. "It highlights every imperfection — every little moment where I wasn't sure if I'd hit the note right — and that felt real."
Musically, "More" drifts through lush reverb and ambient synth layers, creating a floaty, weightless sound that feels almost submerged. "It's so electronic and oddly structured that I don't think AI could recreate it yet," Sinata laughs. "It's kind of fun to make something that feels human in its weirdness."
For the rising artist, the decision to leak the demo was rooted in transparency:
"I don't even have a Spotify page yet — it goes live on November 14 when '24' drops — but I wanted people to see how songs actually start. Even if it's messy, it's mine."
"More (Raw Demo / Unreleased Version)" marks the start of a new chapter for Carmen Sinata, who's also teased an upcoming collaboration with rapper WhoisKevinKent. Both projects showcase the balance between vulnerability, cinematic storytelling, and electronic experimentation that defines her emerging sound.
