Buildout Announces New Syndication Partnership with Apex Commercial Exchange

CHICAGO - Rezul -- Buildout, the leading AI-powered, end-to-end commercial real estate platform, today announced a new syndication partnership with Apex Commercial Exchange® (ACE), a modern, broker-focused commercial real estate marketplace. The partnership gives brokers a new distribution option for select listings while ensuring inquiries generated on ACE flow directly back into Buildout's Showcase platform.

ACE is available in Buildout as a user-registration syndication partner. Brokers are opted out by default and can choose to enable ACE directly from their Showcase profile settings by logging in or creating an ACE account. Once connected, brokers can syndicate eligible listings to ACE while maintaining full control over when and how the channel is used.

Through the integration, inquiries generated on ACE are returned directly to Buildout, allowing brokers and marketing teams to capture demand, respond quickly, and track activity without leaving the platform. The result is greater exposure without sacrificing visibility, control, or data integrity.
